What We Believe

We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally and plenarily inspired Word of God. The King James Version is the Bible we use and preach from in our church.

We believe in one Triune God, existing eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — co-equal in power, glory, and essence.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin, who lived a sinless life, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to the Father, and now intercedes for believers.

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates the believing sinner, baptizes every believer into the body of Christ, and indwells and seals those who are saved.

We believe that man was created in the image of God but fell through Adam into sin, so that all are born with a sinful nature, totally depraved and separated from a holy God apart from Christ.

We believe that salvation is received by grace through faith in the shed blood of Christ — a free gift of God, not the result of works, lest any man should boast.
